As such, we only get reliable raw material suppliers and efficient machinery to optimize our production speed. Simultaneously, we monitor our production and oversee strict testing that follows strict IATF16949:2016 procedures to maintain our quality.

Cutting

We carry out a precise cut based on the dimensions of your design through an efficient cutting procedure and give the mirror sheet a clean appearance by grinding out the edges.

Bending

Temperature control in our fully automatic glass bending furnace guarantees our mirrors are stable and lasting. Using our uniquely-made molds, we accurately produce rearview mirrors with various curvatures from R120 to R2000.

Coating

Before coating, we perform a secondary cleaning on the glass. We coat the glass sheet with custom vacuum sputter coating for added protection and give it a clean, recognizable appearance.
